Positions - Helios is the main lead over the Dunes, inhabiting the central land from the main Oasis and south to the coast, even though the subleads live autonomously beneath his grace. - The Iqtadar, or subherds, are autonomous and the repercussions of their actions should be focused on them. Positions are challengeable by those who have come to introduce themselves to Helios and agree to the same stipulations as held by the present Iqtadars. - Guests are welcome at the Main Oasis and it is shared by those seeking shelter in the Dunes.	name^lieutenantname^{first wife}name^away/hiatusName^foal	Information - The main oasis is for visitors, refugees, and the casual residents. Due to being non-formal members and users of the oasis, they will not be able to be challenged for from Helios or the Iqtadar herd leaders. This area is fertile around the oasis and still dunelike in environment. - The East Iqtadar ranges from the top of the Dunes herdland along the Desert and on south to the coast. It is led by Al Hilal by hereditary right per agreement with the former Sheikh Antares. - The West Iqtadar ranges from the top of the Dunes along the Desert and Badlands border and on south to the coast. It is led by whatever Sublead is chosen by Helios.
